1. Introduction

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of k3da.net(the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by K3 Advisory Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us” or “our”). K3 Deal Advisory is a trading name of Quantuma Advisory Limited. Our registered office is at 20 St. Andrew Street, London EC4A 3AG.

3. Use of the website

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the server on which the Site is hosted, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site.

• Attempt to circumvent any rate-limiting, access controls or technical measures we use to operate the Site.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at any time if we believe these Terms have been breached.

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, layout and data — are owned by or licensed to Quantuma Advisory Limited and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

“K3 Deal Advisory” is a trading name of Quantuma Advisory Limited. You may not use the K3 Deal Advisory or K3 Advisory Group Limited name, logo or trade marks without our prior written consent.

You may print or download content from the Site for your own personal reference, provided you do not modify it and you acknowledge our ownership. No other reproduction, distribution or use is permitted without our written consent.
