Adam Zoldan

Adam Zoldan is a Managing Director and board member at K3 Deal Advisory and co-founder of Knight Corporate Finance, which was acquired into the K3 group. He brings a founder's perspective to shareholder advisory, having built and sold his own business — V Networks — to TalkTalk plc, and subsequently worked in corporate finance at PwC.

Over his career Adam has advised on hundreds of transactions across technology, telecoms and ICT sectors, and is particularly well-placed to advise shareholders who want an adviser who has sat on both sides of the deal table. He is known for helping clients identify their end goals clearly before determining the right strategic route.

His combination of operational experience, Big Four training and extensive transaction history gives him credibility across the full range of buyer types — from strategic acquirers to private equity.
