David began his career in accountancy audit before moving into corporate finance, where he built and developed the practice that became KBS Corporate Finance, now part of K3. His track record includes notable transactions such as the sale of CPOMS (safeguarding software) to ECI Partners and Black & White Engineering to Waterland Private Equity.

His approach is built around thorough pre-sale preparation, maintaining momentum through the process, and providing shareholders with honest, straightforward advice at every stage.
